The room was surprisingly spacious and adorable. The lobby had a festive Christmas decor that added to the charm. The staff was friendly and always available to help. The hotel's location was ideal, just a three-minute walk from the nearest metro station. This made it convenient to explore the city and not be bothered by noise from busy areas.

The location of this hotel is superb, situated in a better area that is not too noisy. It is conveniently located on two metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. it is right next to a police station, ensuring a sense of safety and security. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with amenities such as a safe, mini refrigerator, and coffee machine. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries.
Some parts of the hotel, such as the bedding and towels, may be a bit worn and in need of updating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple metro stations. Despite being situated outside of the city center, the area was peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and ample storage. The amenities provided, such as the in-room safe and air conditioning, enhanced our comfort during our stay. We also appreciated the variety of facilities available, such as the bar/lounge area and the 24-hour reception. we had a great experience here.
